Shipping Policy

At BabyGlow, we're committed to getting your order to you safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know.

Delivery Area We deliver nationwide across South Africa via Aramex. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time All orders are delivered within 9–13 business days from the date of purchase. Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Shipping Costs A flat shipping rate of R89.99 applies to all orders nationwide, delivered via Aramex.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your Aramex delivery every step of the way.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available, Aramex may return the parcel. Re-delivery fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at babyglow.co.za and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
