Refund policy
Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Due to hygiene reasons, certain baby products (including blankets and feeding accessories) cannot be returned once opened.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
